HOUSING - Timber frame

Timber frame manufacture and construction company, 'Harmony Timber' based in Co Wicklow, commissioned us to document the erection of 10 homes as residential town houses in the beautiful resort of Greystones, Bray. Overlooking the harbour this would be the ideal location for anyone to live.

Harmony Timber, would be using the footage to demonstrate the full process of erecting the property on site over a three week period, to a stage were the homes became weather-proof.

Our single high resolution camera, and powered by solar panels was installed on a closely positioned walkway offering a great view of the selected area on a customised mount. One of the advantages for using our system is that every image is uploaded to a specific gallery from where the QS had the ability to download high resolution photos. These photographs could be used in client reports, large format printing and media usage without having to contact us.

During the editing process all rain spoilt sequences were trashed. Harmony timber will use the clip at their up and coming show. The video can be viewed at The Marine Village time lapse video
